We require 48 hours notification to change or cancel an appointment or you may be charged the full appointment fee. Thanks for your understanding.

A valid credit card on file is required for all online booking.

We direct-bill most extended health companies. Please provide insurer information prior to your visit.

We do not have a ICBC or WorkSafe BC contract. We do NOT have direct billing for MSP-Eligible patients.
