COVID-19 APPOINTMENTS- For the safety of our clients and staff, to do our part in ‘flattening the curve’, and based the recommendations of the Physiotherapy governing bodies, we have switched to phone and video call physiotherapy appointments. These are currently offered by Sophia, Jennifer and Evan. You can expect the same safe, quality care that you would get during an in-person visit, and these appointments are appropriate when in-person appointments are not possible. These are covered by many extended health insurance companies! During this time of financial insecurity, if you feel you need Physiotherapy but cannot afford the fee, please contact the clinic directly. Call us, or book online- you’ll be surprised what we can do with technology! Our office hours during this time are M-F 9-3pm. Thank you for your continued support.

We bill most extended health companies once insurer information is provided.
ICBC clients whose MVA date is on or after April 1, 2019 can be billed directly to ICBC.
We do NOT have a contract to see WSBC clients at this time but are happy to suggest other physiotherapy clinics for WSBC clients.
We do NOT have direct billing for MSP Eligible patients. We take full visit payment and give a receipt that you are able to submit for MSP refund.
